Feld is Chief Executive Officer of RADical Hope, an organization committed to measurably improving the mental, physical and emotional health of young adults. The organization develops, funds and scales proven, front line engagement programs that address its core mission priorities: Connectivity, Engagement, Emotional Intelligence, Empowerment & Sustainability. RADical Hope’s signature program was developed to strengthen connections and build resilience in young adults. To date, the program has supported thousands of students on over 70 college and university campuses, community organizations and professional sports teams.
