Jack Harbaugh
Jack, patriarch of the Harbaugh family, is a 41-year coaching veteran. He served as the head football coach at Western Michigan University from 1982-86 and Western Kentucky University from 1989-2002. In his final year at Western Kentucky, he led the 2002 Hilltoppers to an NCAA Division I-AA Football Championship title.

John Harbaugh
Super Bowl-winning head coach John Harbaugh is in his 17th season at the helm of the NFL’s Baltimore Ravens. The 2019 NFL Coach of the Year has led Baltimore to a playoff berth in 11 (2008-12, 2014, 2018-20 & 2022-23) of his 16 previous seasons, and in 2012, captured the franchise’s second World Championship. He is the founder of Harbaugh Coaching Academy.

Jim Harbaugh
Jim became head coach of the NFL’s LA Chargers in 2024 after nine years serving as head football coach of the University of Michigan Wolverines and winning the CFP National Championship in 2023. He was the NFL Baltimore Ravens’ starting QB in 1998, played 14 seasons in the NFL, and was the San Francisco 49ers’ head coach from 2011–14.

Tom Crean
Tom Crean coached the men’s basketball teams at the University of Georgia, Indiana University and Marquette University (where his team reached the 2003 NCAA Final Four). He currently serves as a national college basketball analyst for ESPN and is brother-in-law to John and Jim.
